The Shape of Light
by Jeff Ball

Being part Cherokee has whetted my appetite for all things Tribal. I loved this album, for that very reason.
‘The Shape of Light’ is a beautiful mixture of flute, cello, violin, piano, and acoustic guitar, as well as some other exotic instruments.
The pervasive sounds of the flute are hauntingly graceful and soothing to the soul.
I loved hearing the Rainstick in ‘Escape of the Medicine Man’. My other personal favorites were ‘Tranquility’ and ‘Drawing in Embers’.
